Chiropractic Assistant/Care Advocate
Full-Time 32+ hours/week
TASKS INCLUDE: Customer service, office communication, office flow, office cleanliness, one-on-one interactions with patients (training provided).
SKILL SETS INCLUDE: Computer literacy, proficiency with email and texting, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, excellent phone skills and personal demeanor, detailed, able to follow through with all daily/weekly/monthly tasks, and a big smile

EXCELLENT SCHEDULE:
Full-Time Hours: Monday, Wednesday Thursdays: 6:15-11:00 am; 1:30-5:30 pm Tuesdays: 12:00- 5:30 pm. Yay no Fridays! Occasional events.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The care advocate interacts with patients and assists with everything at our front desk. Our patients are like our family, and we want to give them the best support possible so we can help them reach their health goals. Duties include front desk support, directing of patient flow, patient scheduling, light cleaning, insight scans, and doctor assistance.
FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clinic team and doctor(s) to ensure patients receive excellent care in a timely manner
- Support the Front Desk area with a service attitude by building patient relationships
- Maintain/create provider schedules and patient appointments
- Coordinate the flow of patients
- Utilize multiple computer programs
- Route incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and handle questions
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and building
- Manage electronic and paper document storage
- Assist with inventory of supplies
- Assist with public relations and marketing tasks as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and outgoing personality
- Must be a self-starter who can multi-task and complete tasks independently

- Proficiency with computer use
